01 Laboratory Testing

Full on-site laboratory services including routine blood panels, urinalysis, ECGs, and rapid testing, with same-visit results for many qualifying tests for faster answers and faster care.

02 X-Ray Imaging

Digital X-ray services for bone, chest, and soft tissue imaging are available in our Carthage office for routine diagnostics without a separate radiology referral.

03 Ultrasound Services

Diagnostic ultrasound available on-site, including soft tissue evaluation and other clinical applications, reducing the need for outside imaging referrals for qualifying patients.

04 Echocardiogram (Echo)

Cardiac echocardiography performed in-house to evaluate heart structure and function – an advanced diagnostic capability that most primary care offices do not offer.

05 Bone Density Screening (DEXA)

Bone density scans to assess osteoporosis risk and fracture vulnerability. Routine screening is typically recommended beginning at age 65, or earlier for patients with risk factors.

Dr. Roger Sacry has been practicing family medicine in Carthage, Missouri since 2004 – more than 20 years of comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages. Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, he focuses on both acute and chronic illness management with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine and proactive health. Beyond his work at Sacry Family Medicine, Dr. Sacry serves as medical director for a local hospice, where he provides compassionate end-of-life care to the Carthage community. His practice philosophy is simple: treat every patient like a friend, and take the time to help them achieve a healthier life. Dr. Sacry is currently accepting new patients.

What mental health services do you offer?

Sacry Family Medicine offers individual mental health counseling through our licensed professional counselor, Elaine Childs, LPC. Services include support for anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and other mental health concerns. Because counseling is integrated into the same practice as your primary care, your providers can coordinate your care together.

Do you offer weight loss services?

Yes. We offer medically supervised weight loss programs, including weight loss injections and personalized management plans. Your program is developed by your provider based on your health history and goals, with ongoing support from the care team. Ask about weight loss options at your next visit or when booking your appointment.

What diagnostic services are available at your Carthage location?

Sacry Family Medicine offers a comprehensive range of on-site diagnostics, including X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiogram, bone density screening (DEXA), and full laboratory services including ECGs.
